Terms and Conditions of Sale Prices 

Prices shown in all catalogues and literature are shown inclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at the time of going to press (e & oe) and whilst every effort will be made to maintain these prices, we reserve the right to change prices without notice. VAT will be charged at the appropriate rate for delivery to all UK and EU addresses.

Descriptions

Whilst we take every care to ensure illustrations and descriptions within the catalogue are accurate, we reserve the right to change specifications or improve our products. In the event of any substituted product not being acceptable, we will gladly issue a full credit. Orders All goods are offered subject to availability. We endeavour to despatch all orders complete, however any items which are not in stock at the time of ordering will be placed on back order and despatched when they become available.

Discrepancies 

Whilst we endeavour to complete all our customers’ orders satisfactorily, occasionally errors do occur. Therefore please ensure that all parcels are unpacked and checked carefully upon receipt and that our Customer Services Department are notified immediately of any errors. We will then inform you of the appropriate action to be taken. Please do not attempt to return any goods without prior authorisation.

Payment

Payment can be made by a variety of methods. We accept payment by major credit cards via our securelink with paypal in our shopping cart. Otherwise please contact us if you wish to pay by cheque, please make your cheque payable to "Equus Sphere Ltd". If you pay by cheque we cannot dispatch the goods until the cheque has cleared. You may also pay over the phone please call or email us your order and we will contact you by return.

Title of Goods Ownership 

(title) of the goods only passes to the purchaser on full payment of the appropriate invoice. Variation Under no circumstances will we be bound by any addition to or variation of these terms unless agreed in writing with the General Manager. These conditions and the contract shall be subject to and governed by the Law of England.

Data Protection 

We are bound by the data protection act of  1998 and will only seek information from you to process an order to you ie: delivery address. We do not pass your details onto any 3rd party.
