Normal Shipping Information

All orders will normally be despatched within 48 hours of receipt of payment, subject to availability. Our Standard Delivery service is 3-4 working days, and currently delivery to the UK is offered free of charge for orders over £30.00 from 1st July until 31st August.

A Next Day Delivery service may be available for an extra charge depending on the product required.Please contact us if you require this service. info@equussphere.com

You have several options for postage: 

1/ Standard Charge is £4.95
2/ Free delivery is offered to all UK destinations for any order over £30.00 (normally £50) from 1st July to 31st August 2010
3/ We can also ship internationally to Europe, USA, New Zealand and Australia please call/email for confirmation of costs info@equussphere.com

Returns 

We will accept returns if the item is sent back to us within 7 days of your signed postal receipt date, but only if goods are unused and returned with all original packaging. If items is faulty please email or call first so we can offer a replacement or refund. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on Riding Hats or opened CDs/DVDs unless there is a manufacturing fault.

Return postage / shipping costs are to be paid by the customer, except where we have supplied incorrect or faulty goods.
